Hey — I’m Timo. I’m a certified personal trainer, lifestyle coach, and the creator of the Results-Driven Fitness Program. I help busy professionals and faith-driven individuals achieve sustainable strength, mobility, and fat loss — without extreme routines or toxic gym culture.
I’ve trained clients inside luxury hotels like the Four Seasons Riyadh, and I’ve lived the same challenges most of my clients face — from balancing workouts with fasting, to training around a hectic work schedule, to staying energized as a new dad.
