My Journey in Fitness

My path to becoming a top-tier trainer wasn’t straightforward. I was pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies at Egerton University, Nakuru Town Campus in Kenya, but life challenges led me to step away in my last semester. Instead, I turned to fitness as a powerful escape from everyday stresses, diving deep into gym life and discovering its transformative potential. This personal evolution inspired me to pursue certifications through ISSA and dedicate myself to helping others overcome obstacles and get better through the business of personal training. With experience training at elite venues like the Four Seasons in Riyadh, I’ve honed my skills to deliver efficient, effective sessions. Balancing my own work, family, and commitments, I know firsthand how to make fitness work in a demanding world—turning it from a chore into a sustainable lifeline.
