I’m Timothy Muli, a certified Strength & Conditioning CoachCorrective Exercise SpecialistNutrition Coach, and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. My work goes beyond workouts and quick fixes. I focus on building strong, resilient bodies through intelligent programming, movement quality, and sustainable habits.
